I have been an athlete my whole life & feel like I had tried almost every fad diet out there, but I was still always a heavy girl. Here's what changed for me

Nothing ever felt sustainable to me. I would have short term successes, but inevitably, I would gain the weight back + more. Because many of the "diets" I had tried, were restrictive, I just failed over & over again.
